Premise
Bridges connect people, places, and ideas; common purpose and cooperation are necessary for strong connections and the attainment of a common goal.
Simulation Description
- Students learn about various aspects of engineering, construction, environmental impact, and even government as they relate to the building of bridges and other public works projects.
- Discover how bridges are not just physical but can be a metaphor for the connections between groups and individuals throughout the world.
- Students will work with peers to design and implement a public works project here at school, including bridges similar to the ones seen on campus
